Waiter/Waitress


We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and ensuring a clean and pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions they may have
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve meals and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before serving them
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean up after customers have finished dining
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and report any issues to management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month

City: Ar Rumaythiyah

Preference will be given to Pakistani or Filipino candidates who are English speaking. However, candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply. Candidates must also have their own visa sponsorship.
