We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, with the potential for commission and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
