Pakistani Chef in St-Petersburg


We are seeking a skilled Pakistani Chef to join our restaurant team in St-Petersburg. As a Pakistani Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Pakistani dishes for our customers. You will also be in charge of managing the kitchen staff, ordering ingredients, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef, with expertise in Pakistani cuisine. A culinary degree or certificate is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare traditional Pakistani dishes according to the restaurant's menu
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Order ingredients and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure high quality of food presentation and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a chef, preferably with expertise in Pakistani cuisine
- Culinary degree or certificate is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of traditional Pakistani cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This position is open to individuals of any nationality who have the necessary skills and experience. However, preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
