Facade Technician
We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of facade systems. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior building facades. This includes working with various materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create visually appealing and functional facades. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within safety guidelines and meets quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install exterior building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged or malfunctioning facades
- Perform routine maintenance on facades to ensure longevity and functionality
- Work with various materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create aesthetically pleasing facades
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times when working at heights or using heavy machinery
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in facade installation or repair
- Strong knowledge of facade systems and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physical fitness to work at heights and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid visa/work permit for Lithuania (visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
