Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our expanding team in Vianden. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans and designs for construction projects, using your knowledge of building codes and regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Use your knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure that designs comply with legal requirements
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for construction projects
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Review contractor bids and participate in the selection process
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Salary: $1100 per month.
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg.
Preference given to candidates legally authorized to work in Luxembourg without visa sponsorship.
