Office Assistant - Utena, Lithuania
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory levels
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
