IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and recommend solutions
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure data protection
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, network systems, and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with biometric passport systems
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Ability to speak English fluently is preferred but not required
