A reputable auto body shop in Kaunas is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This includes performing various types of body repair work, such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and accurately assess the required repairs
- Perform various types of body repair work including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Use specialized tools and equipment to repair or replace damaged parts
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to industry standards and within the given timeframe
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of all repairs performed on each vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in an auto body shop
- Strong knowledge of different types of body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Attention to detail with a high level of precision in your work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1700$ per month depending on experience.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Kaunas or are willing to relocate.
