We are hiring a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1300$, and we offer free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing the extent of damage on vehicles and determining the appropriate repair methods
- Removing damaged parts and repairing or replacing them with new ones
- Straightening bent frames and panels using specialized tools
- Sanding, priming, and painting repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensuring all repairs are done according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary parts for repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service by communicating repair progress and estimated completion time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in an automotive repair shop
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle structure, mechanics, and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using various tools such as welding equipment, air tools, sanders, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges during repairs
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in automotive collision repair or related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Malayalee language (spoken/written)
- Familiarity with using computerized estimating systems for accurate cost estimation
