Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other equipment used in construction and earthmoving projects. Your primary role will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of these machines while adhering to all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment on job sites according to project specifications
- Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Record daily activities, including hours worked, materials used, and equipment maintenance
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or earthmoving setting
- Knowledge of machinery operation techniques and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary: $1400 per month
