Experienced Barista - Al-Malikiyah, Syria


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of coffee-based and non-coffee beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art
- Great customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Keep the coffee bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Operate cash register accurately for cash or card transactions
- Follow all safety procedures when handling food and beverages
- Upsell menu items to customers when appropriate

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. Benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.
