Senior Software Developer

We are currently hiring a Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a senior member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions
- Develop high-quality code following best practices and standards
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers
- Continuously research and stay updated on emerging technologies in the field of software development
- Mentor and guide junior developers on coding techniques, best practices, and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud-based development using AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with mobile app development for iOS or Android platforms
