Junior Florist - Nakuru, Kenya



We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Junior Florist to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Junior Florist, you will work closely with our experienced florists to learn and develop your skills in creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in creating and arranging bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral decorations
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Learn about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to arrange them in different styles
- Participate in the delivery and setup of floral arrangements for events

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity
- High school diploma or equivalent (certification or degree in floristry is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and styles in floristry
