Instrument Technician



We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Medina. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and equipment used in industrial processes. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves
- Troubleshoot and repair instrument malfunctions using technical manuals and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Assist in the design and implementation of new instrument systems
- Keep accurate records of instrument maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Instrumentation or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of various instruments and their functions
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS)
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if necessary

Preferred:
- Experience with pneumatic instrumentation systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations for working with hazardous materials
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience working on oil or gas projects
