Entry-Level Metal Worker
We are seeking an Entry-Level Metal Worker to join our team in Vilnius. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal parts and structures using various tools and techniques. This is an ideal opportunity for those with no prior experience in metal working, as we provide on-the-job training. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine the type and size of metal parts required
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and weld metal pieces
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, templates, or other measuring tools
- Use grinders to smooth out rough edges or welds
- Assemble metal parts by bolting, riveting, or welding them together
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in metal working (e.g. saws, drills, grinders)
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens
