Formwork Engineer
Location: Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Formwork Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient construction of formwork structures on building projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan formwork structures for building projects, considering safety, functionality, and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for formwork structures
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of formwork construction
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that formwork structures are constructed according to design plans and industry standards
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of all formwork materials used on projects
- Train and supervise junior staff members on proper formwork techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in formwork engineering or related role
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and standards
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with large-scale building projects
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Familiarity with local building codes in Los Angeles
