We are a reputable hotel in Eldoret seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a contract position suitable for English-speaking individuals of Indian nationality, with no experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as corporate contracts, travel agencies, and online platforms
- Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable rates for the hotel
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure excellent service delivery for clients
- Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to work on a contract basis

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya. However, we welcome candidates of any nationality who are willing to relocate.
