Radio Technician

A reputable radio station in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing all radio equipment and systems used in our broadcasting operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment and systems including transmitters, receivers, antennas, and control consoles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance on all radio equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
- Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in radio technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of radio transmission principles, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with various types of radio equipment such as FM/AM transmitters, satellite receivers, studio mixing consoles, etc.
- Ability to read schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical staff
- Good physical stamina for working at heights or in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the broadcasting industry
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
