Office Manager for International Company in Vilnius, Lithuania
We are searching for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our international team in Vilnius. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing office operations and procedures, and supporting various departments within the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office efficiency by organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
- Act as the point of contact between employees, clients, and vendors
- Create and maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Arrange travel accommodations for employees as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
