Architecture Manager (Malayalee/Egyptian)


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects in Wiltz. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and architects.
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors for each project.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or changes in scope.
- Prepare reports on project progress, including cost tracking, schedule updates, and potential risks or delays.
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the design and construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee or Egyptian fluency preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working on contract jobs preferred.
- Willingness to work without prior experience or training.
- Must be willing to relocate to Wiltz if not already residing there.
