Skilled Handyman in Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Repairing or replacing broken fixtures, appliances, or equipment
- Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Installing new fixtures such as lighting and plumbing fixtures
- Handling basic plumbing and electrical work
- Maintaining outdoor spaces including lawn care and landscaping
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is required
- Must have strong knowledge of various construction and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Physical dexterity with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas, USA. However, candidates of Indian nationality who are willing to relocate are also welcome to apply.
