Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning various architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, needs, and budget
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information and oversee construction progress
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable)
Location: Utena (candidates from India preferred)
