Sales Representative - Nairobi, Kenya
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential clients
- Expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili (French is an asset)
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission on sales. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We also provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for candidates from Canada who are interested in this opportunity.
