We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Moscow. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a contract position, suitable for candidates without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee all stages of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve project drawings and designs
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or construction management
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Fluency in Russian is required; proficiency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
