Architecture Manager for Indian candidates in Moscow


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Moscow. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This position is specifically open for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working on international projects is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The salary may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
