Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process for projects
- Ensure projects meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and construction, to ensure smooth project completion
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
