Architecture Manager

A leading architectural firm in Kaunas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Review and approve design concepts and plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Oversee project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, with 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Exceptional communication skills in English
