We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong administrative and time management abilities. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling office supplies and equipment. You should be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company. We welcome applications from all nationalities, including Pakistanis and Malayalees, as well as those without English proficiency or prior work experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for women looking for work-life balance. Accommodation is not provided for this role.

As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing office operations and ensuring smooth functioning of daily tasks
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for team members
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Ordering office supplies, equipment, and services as needed
- Assisting with budget management and expense tracking
- Providing administrative support to team members when needed
- Addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients or employees in a professional manner

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
