The Albena Beach Resort in Bulgaria is seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our dynamic team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our guests, while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for cooking and a desire to showcase their culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes that reflect traditional Indian cuisine
- Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Monitor food stocks and place orders as needed to ensure availability of ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Indian Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of authentic Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with accommodation, meals, medical insurance, and other benefits.

Albena is a beautiful beach resort town located on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. The town offers stunning views, sandy beaches, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as water sports, hiking, and cycling.
