Online Consultant for International Clients

As an Online Consultant for our international clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You will be working remotely from Sheduva and will have the opportunity to interact with clients from various countries, including the Philippines and Nepal.

Your main responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide timely updates to clients. This position requires excellent English language skills, as well as experience in customer service or sales. A biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. You will have the flexibility to choose your own working hours, but must be available during peak business periods. Accommodation is not provided; however, this role offers the convenience of working from home.
