Slinger - Construction Worker


We are seeking a skilled Slinger to join our team in Zagreb! As a construction worker, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials on job sites using a variety of equipment and techniques. This is a full-time position with no requirement for English proficiency and no accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for Nepali or other foreign workers. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery such as cranes, hoists, and forklifts to move materials
- Use hand signals to communicate with operators and guide loads into place
- Inspect rigging equipment for safety and proper functioning
- Ensure all materials are securely attached and properly balanced before lifting
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient movement of materials on job site
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Slinger or similar role in the construction industry preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads on a regular basis
- Familiarity with rigging equipment, hand signals, and basic safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
