We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet targets by building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian market trends and best practices
- Familiarity with MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Availability to travel as needed
