Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential clients. This includes developing new business relationships, maintaining existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication
- Identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential clients
- Create customized sales proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed sales strategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
