A Warehouse Worker is responsible for handling and organizing incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and efficient manner. They are responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper storage of goods, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks
- Communicate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete orders on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
