We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Malindi. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on industrial equipment and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistency
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or rolling
- Ensure a smooth and even coat of paint on all surfaces
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Inspect finished work for quality control purposes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specific instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be comfortable working at heights
