We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating accurate measurements and maps for construction projects. You will use specialized equipment and software to gather data and analyze it to produce precise results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using traditional and modern surveying methods, such as GPS, laser scanning, and drones
- Create detailed maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Use specialized software to process data and create 3D models of surveyed areas
- Monitor construction progress and provide periodic updates on measurements
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
