Concierge - Part Time


We are seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team in Kathmandu. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Assist guests with making reservations, booking transportation, and arranging activities or tours
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of Kathmandu and surrounding areas is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kathmandu.
