Guest Services Concierge

As a Guest Services Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests of our luxury hotel in Kathmandu. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and handling guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position does not require previous experience but a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality is a must. This position does not offer accommodation but is open to all qualified candidates. Women are encouraged to apply. Salary starts at 1200$ per month.
