Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager for our company in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including cost estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including procurement of materials, hiring of workers, and monitoring progress
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee project budgets to ensure expenses stay within approved limits
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or delays
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within budgetary constraints
- Ability to read blueprints and understand architectural drawings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office suite
