We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the dessert menu, ensuring that all items are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Train and manage pastry staff to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain inventory of pastry supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new and innovative dessert offerings
- Monitor and control food costs by minimizing waste and utilizing ingredients efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian pastries, desserts, and traditional recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Team player with effective communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month, negotiable based on experience.
