Commercial Architect


We are a well-established architecture firm located in the vibrant city of Moscow, looking for a highly skilled and talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This position is open to both local and foreign applicants, as long as they are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for their commercial project
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for commercial buildings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth coordination
- Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with current trends, materials, and techniques in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of experience working as an architect specializing in commercial projects
- Proficient with CAD software, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package of $1000 per month for this position. In addition to your salary, we also provide accommodation for foreign employees.
