As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of masonry work on construction projects in Dar Kulaib. Your primary role will be to lead a team of skilled masons and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing materials, equipment, and budget to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and assign tasks accordingly
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for the team
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections of workmanship
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Manage materials, equipment, and budget effectively
- Communicate with project managers to report progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards successful outcomes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are preferred)
- Biometric passport or residency permit

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with other benefits such as health insurance, transportation allowance, and annual leave.
