Turner - Machine Operator


A machine manufacturing company in Zagreb is seeking an experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and tools to manufacture precision metal parts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, grinders, and drill presses to produce precision metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role in a machine manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Must have own visa/work permit for Croatia or be eligible to obtain one
(preferably Indian nationality)
