CNC Operator



Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team in Eldoret. The ideal candidate will have experience with operating CNC machines and possess a strong understanding of machine tools, including but not limited to lathes, mills, and grinders. This is a contract position that offers an attractive salary of $1300 per month, along with accommodation and a free visa and ticket for Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, etc.
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
- Perform regular maintenance on the machines to ensure their optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of production activities.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of machine tools and their functions.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
- Excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in machining or related field.
- Experience with programming languages used in CNC machines (e.g. G-code).
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with full-time working hours. The job may require working in shifts, including nights and weekends. The company provides accommodation for employees from outside Eldoret. We also offer opportunities for career growth within our organization.
