CNC Operator - Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. You will work with various materials including metal and plastic, using blueprints or CAD/CAM software to program the machines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating CNC machines, be familiar with G-code programming, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints or CAD/CAM files to determine machining operations
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the machine or production process
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in CNC machining preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC operator or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Familiarity with G-code programming language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with accommodation provided.
