Contract Administrator
We are searching for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Manama. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate should have experience in contract management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts and agreements
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients or vendors
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts
- Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties involved in the contract process
- Provide support in resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during the contract period
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with contract management software is preferred
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Location: This is a full-time position based in Manama. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it.
Salary: The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
