Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
- Create and present sales reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition in the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Arabic is preferred but not required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month, with free visa and ticket provided.
