Job Title: Personal Trainer


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Abu Dhabi. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and providing guidance and support to help clients reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans for clients based on their goals, fitness level, and health conditions.
- Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing them with proper form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey and make progress towards their goals.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized according to health standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new exercises, and training techniques.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a high-end gym or wellness center.
- Recognized certification in personal training (e.g. ACE, NASM) is required.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others towards achieving their fitness goals.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is a plus.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
