Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Bungoma is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, as well as preparing detailed reports and plans for construction projects. This position requires strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate reports and plans
- Interpret legal documents, maps, and other records to determine property boundaries
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to gather project requirements
- Ensure accuracy of all measurements and calculations
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in land surveying techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency with land surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Bungoma (Preference for Indian nationals)

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
