Restaurant Manager for Indian Restaurant in Eldoret


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant in Eldoret. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall profitability of the restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including finances, inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate financial records and report regularly to upper management
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, striving to resolve any issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant is preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and marketing strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
